If you were baptised at Holy Trinity Catholic Church and would like to obtain a copy of your baptismal record, please contact Elyssa Bradfield 913-895-0673. Any information that you can include would be helpful, including

• Your full name at time of baptism
• Your parents' names
• Date or year Baptism occurred (if known)
• Your date of birth
• Your email address (or mailing address)

We will be happy to provide a copy of your Baptismal Certificate, including seal. Please note that the seal shows up better if we mail a hard copy to you (versus emailing a copy.)
